About Me

I am a Macaulay Honors College student in the B.A.–M.D. program at Brooklyn College, City University of New York, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an expected graduation in May 2027. With a 3.87 GPA, I combine a strong academic foundation in the sciences with a long-standing commitment to a career in medicine.

My path is shaped by hands-on clinical experience across pediatrics and OB/GYN, original research in organic photochemistry, and years of teaching and mentoring younger students. Whether I am documenting patient encounters at the bedside, running reactions in a university laboratory, or breaking down complex topics for my tutees, I approach every role with precision, empathy, and a steady sense of purpose.

Experience & Leadership

Medical Scribe

Allied Physicians — Brighton Beach Pediatrics (March 2025 – Present · Brooklyn, NY)

I document patient encounters in the EMR, coordinate referrals and communication with labs, pharmacies, and insurers, and assist the pediatrician during vaccinations and phlebotomy.

New Life OB/GYN (June 2024 – Present · Brooklyn, NY)

I observe gynecological exams, surgeries, and prenatal ultrasounds, assist with patient intake and records, and join diagnostic case reviews and treatment planning discussions.

Infinite Academics (September 2022 – January 2024 · Brooklyn, NY)

I managed scheduling, front desk operations, and session payments, and developed social media marketing for SAT and SHSAT prep services across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Medical Shadowing Intern
Office Manager

Brooklyn College — Organic Photochemistry Laboratory (January 2025 – Present · Brooklyn, NY)

I work under Dr. Alexander Greer on UV-induced transformations of medically relevant compounds and presented a graduate-level project at the New Jersey American Chemical Society (NJACS) meeting.

Self-Employed (January 2020 – Present · Brooklyn, NY)

I design personalized lesson plans across 3 subjects for a roster of 4 students, breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps.

Medicine & Clinical Exposure

My preparation for medical school is rooted in real clinical environments. At Allied Physicians – Brighton Beach Pediatrics, I contribute directly to patient care workflows as a medical scribe, while my ongoing internship at New Life OB/GYN has given me early exposure to surgical, prenatal, and diagnostic settings.

Together, these experiences span two very different patient populations and have shaped my understanding of clinical decision-making, documentation, and the human side of medicine.

Research & Academic Work

In the Organic Photochemistry Laboratory at Brooklyn College, I work at the intersection of chemistry and medicine — studying UV-induced transformations of medically relevant compounds.

My presentation at the New Jersey American Chemical Society (NJACS) meeting reflects an early commitment to scientific communication and rigor, while my day-to-day involvement in the lab gives me grounding in experimental design and laboratory practice.

Education & Mentorship

Teaching has been a constant in my life since 2020. As a self-employed multi-subject tutor, I design individualized lesson plans across multiple subjects and student levels.

My earlier role as Office Manager at Infinite Academics added an operational and marketing dimension — managing schedules, payments, and digital outreach for SAT and SHSAT prep programs. Together, these roles reflect my long-term interest in education as a tool for opportunity.
